For equipment returns there are two choices:
- Return the unit for repair
- Return the unit permanently
Return Shipping Instructions:
- Before attempting to pack unit, please unplug cords or tie permanent cords to prevent damage.
- Please do not fold or damage the packaging that protects the unit inside the box.
- If force is required to pack or seal the cartons, the unit is in the incorrect position.
- Before closing cartons, ensure all cords and manuals associated with the unit are packed in the box.
- Complete the form 'Returning Your CCTV to SEEPAC' & put inside box. (Please note that this pdf will open in a new browser window)
- Seal the box with packing tape
- Affix a 'Return Address Label' to the carton (Please note that this pdf will open in a new browser window.)
- Complete the 'Sender' portion of the enclosed Purolator waybill (see Important Papers envelope)
- Call Purolator Courier for a pick-up at 1-888-744-7123
