SEEPAC is unable to notify you when your unit has shipped, but should Purolator attempt delivery while you are not at home, they will leave a sticker on your door or mail box. Please do not feel you must wait at home to wait for your delivery. If delivery has been attempted, please call the number provided to arrange for another delivery time.
If your CCTV has not been delivered at the end of 15 working days, please feel free to contact SEEPAC with an enquiry. Should equipment be out of stock or on back-order with the manufacturer, we will attempt to contact you if delivery will be in excess of 15 working days.
The driver from Purolator will bring the unit into your home, but will not assist with the set-up.
Once the unit has been delivered, please inspect the box for damage. If you have concerns that there has been damage during shipping or if upon opening the box, it is apparent that the machine is damaged, please contact Enis Cahit at
(519) 888-4567 x 37136 or 1-800-565-5965 or email
firstname.lastname@example.org immediately to get the necessary instructions for contacting Purolator to have a damage assessment.
Once the unit has been set up, please ensure that you store the white envelope marked 'IMPORTANT PAPERS DO NOT DISCARD" in a safe place. This envelope contains return shipping paperwork should your unit need to be returned or sent back for repair. Your boxes should also be stored in a safe place in case the unit needs to be returned.
Please note: If you discard your boxes and packaging and need to replace them, you will be charged a fee as per the lease you signed for the replacement boxes.
